Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control and may vary.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
